Lights on my MultiSensor do not turn on when I try to reboot it

If the MultiSensor’s battery is depleted the unit may not turn on, even when plugged into the USB power supply or a USB port.  To resolve this issue please follow below steps:


  1. Turn the MultiSensor's battery switch to “OFF” (O), then to “ON” (I).
  2. Plug it into the power source.  If the unit turns on (Green LED), you are all set.  If it does not turn on, leave it plugged in as-is and wait 15 minutes for the battery to charge.
  3. Unplug the MultiSensor from the power source, turn the battery switch to “OFF” (O), then back to “ON” (I), and plug it back into the power source.  The MultiSensor should now be on (Green LED).
